Healthy, Vegan, Easy Biscoff Ice cream, for one serving!
You’re not dreaming, I am offering you the ultimate Summer recipe: No-churn, 2-ingredient, Biscoff ice cream.
You know, I actually couldn’t believe it myself when I made it: how could two ingredients and one blender could make such a heavenly and delicious healthy treat? I was photographing it and was really like ‘I can’t believe it, it’s too good to be true!’ But it was. And delicious also.
You absolutely need to make it if you love cinnamon and/or Biscoff (if you love one you automatically love the other, presumably). You will be so pleased with the result. And I actually manage to make this beautiful round ball of ice cream with one big spoon. Magic 🙂
