Maybe you are like me and you like to throw the make-off of your breakfast in minutes, but that doesn’t mean it don’t have to be important or tasty. I knew I had to finish my Tahini (Halva) -a mix of honey and sesame- and given I already use it for another cookie recipe, I know it was certainly going to be good.
Starting with a breakfast cookie recipe with homemade nut butter, I just replace this latter with Tahini and add a pinch of cinnamon and here they are, beautifully healthy Tahini [vegan] cookies. Tahini, oats and banana, this healthy cookie is a bowl of energy!
Easy Tahini cookies
DirectionsPreheat the oven at 325°F (160°C) and prepare a silicon mat, a parchment paper in a baking mat, or grease a pan if you don’t have any of them.
