The first one, this butternut pie, is the starter of the series and is just before Thanksgiving is celebrated in Canada, and the last one’ll be a few days before Thanksgiving is celebrated in the United States.Thanksgiving seems so great that you can celebrate it twice when you’re not in Canada nor in the U.S., right ?

You’ll be so amazed by this cutie pie ; it’s so easy to put together. You’ll need a few things prepared though:

Homemade Butternut purée:

I don’t think butternut purée comes in a can but if you find it, great! Otherwise, proceed like for Pumpkin purée in that post.

A 4-inch springform pan:

you totally can make it in another kind of pan, just make sure it’s wide enough.

An oven

😉

Whipped cream and praline pecans:

totally optional, but so goood. Whipped cream compliments the butternut very well.
