This Orange Chocolate Bar has the perfect combination for a cool summer afternoon. No-bake and easy to make!
For the base:
Melt the butter and set aside.
Crush your biscuits, by hand or you put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. You could even throw them in a blender if you want.
Mix your slightly cooled butter with the biscuits.
Press the base in a 4-inch square pan lined with parchment paper and let sit in the fridge for 5 minutes: time you need (or less) to make the easier fudge you ever made.
For the fudge:
Place your oat flour in a tiny bowl. Add the spread and mix with a rubber spatula until incorporated: it may look difficult at first, but just keep mixing and the oat flour will 'disappear' in the spread and you'll have your fudge. You can add a squeeze of orange juice if you want.
The fudge should be really easy to handle, you can press it firmly on top of the base with your hands and have a really neat look!
Chill in the fridge for at least one hour if it's hot outside, otherwise 30 minutes are enough.
