Ingredients

  • 92 g oats/oat flour -GF if needed- 1 cup
  • 80 g almond butter 1/3 cup
  • 40 g golden syrup -or maple syrup- 2 tbsp
  • almond milk -as needed-
  • 1 tbsp adds-in (chocolate chips, almond bits) optional

Instructions

  1. If using a blender, blend the oats a couple of minutes until you have flour.

    No blender option: If not, put the oat flour in a medium bowl.

  2. Add the almond butter and the maple syrup to the oat flour (either case).

  3. Blend until a dough forms. Add milk as needed, 1/2 tsp at a time.

  4. Add your adds-in of choice and if needed, and blend 10 or 15 seconds.

  5. Divide in roughly five equal portions and shape into balls. Press down with your hands and add a pecan if desired, just for decoration. 

    You can enjoy right away or put in a the fridge for up to 1 week.
